Today we specialize in the fabrication of circuit card assemblies: printed circuit boards laminated to heatsinks (heatsink to PC Board bonding) utilizing a variety of material combinations. We also supply customized adhesives preforms cut to the proper form factor for heatsink to PC board bonding, heatsink fabrication complete with plating, and we provide silk screening and heatsink to printed circuit board laminating and assembly services.
